Job Description

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about the school's programs, values, and facilities, and ensuring a smooth and professional enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Counsel prospective parents and students about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission criteria. Maintain records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment statistics. Coordinate campus visits, entrance assessments, and interaction sessions. Assist in developing and executing admission campaigns and outreach activities. Collaborate with the marketing team for school promotions and events. Ensure timely follow-up with leads to achieve admission targets. Support parent engagement and orientation programs. Uphold confidentiality and provide accurate, ethical information at all times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and record-keeping ability. Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools. Experience in counselling, sales, or customer service preferred.
