Admission Counsellors

to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The role focuses on counselling, follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions while maintaining transparency and institutional values.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, fees, and career pathways Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and referral enquiries Follow up on admission leads through calls, messages, and emails Explain institutional offerings clearly and ethically Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission formalities Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records Coordinate with admission officers and academic departments Participate in admission drives, education fairs, and outreach programs Work towards admission targets while ensuring student satisfaction

Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) Experience in student counselling / admissions / education sales preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and guide them appropriately Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email) Willingness to work during peak admission seasons

Preferred Skills

Experience in educational institutions or coaching centres Strong follow-up and conversion skills Target-driven yet ethical approach Knowledge of competitive exams or higher education pathways is an advantage
