We are seeking a
dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students and parents through the admission process, course selection, and career pathways--helping them make informed educational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students about academic programs, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads efficiently.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships until admission closure.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Coordinate with universities, colleges, and internal teams for admissions and documentation.
Meet monthly admission and conversion targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam mandatory; Hindi/Tamil/Kannada is a plus).
Strong convincing ability and positive attitude.
Good knowledge of educational courses, colleges, and universities in India
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1 year of experience in student counseling, admissions, Telecalling, or sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm are also welcome.
