Key Responsibilities
Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents to help them make informed career and course choices.
Maintain follow-up with potential leads to achieve admission targets.
Keep records of student interactions and admissions.
Support in organizing admission events, orientations, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam & English)..
Pleasant personality and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in student counseling, telecalling, or educational sales will be an added advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
