This is a full-time on-site role for an Education & Marketing Manager at Amity University. The role involves providing educational consulting, student counselling, career counselling, and communication with current and prospective students. The Education Marketing & Counsellor will be responsible for promoting educational programs and providing guidance to students.
Role Description
Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
Experience in Customer Service and Sales
Background in Education and admissions processes
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Bachelor's degree in education, Counselling, or related field
Familiarity with educational institutions and academic programs a plus
Handling Walk-in/ telephonic inquiries
Counselling the Students and Parents for various Program
Convince and convert the inquiries into Admissions
Collect feedback from participants and consolidate the same
Cold Calling/Data Calling
Preparing Report
Creating Walkins in the Center
Any other responsibility assigned by the HQ from time to time
