We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented

Admission Counsellor

to join our team. The role involves guiding students and parents about our programs, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-focused approach, and a passion for helping learners choose the right educational path.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and admission process. Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on student inquiries. Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and relationship-building. Maintain and update student databases and daily reports. Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for student engagement activities. Participate in events, seminars, and outreach programs to promote courses. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in counselling or sales (EdTech or education background preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
