hiring for a "

Admission Counselor Executive

".

Location :Gopal Chowk, Pune Link Road, Chakkinaka, 421306

Salary : Negotiable

Skill : Fluent English

Ensure timely and accurate customer service.

Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.

Reviews and completes bounce cheque report.

Hospitality - Welcome & attend all V.I.P 's special guests.

Review daily front office work and activity reports.

Attend all conversion parents.

Forwards Withdrawal students list to the Primary & secondary HOD's for the cancellation.

Following up with the concerned authority regarding action plan against the queries received and

communicating the same to the parents.

Sending SMS regarding summer camp/out door trips.

Informing the parents about the students stay back for extra class.

Allocating GR.No. to the students through software.

Giving the conversion done and pending students list report to the Management on daily basis.

Sending admission, withdrawal, readmission report to the Management on daily basis.

Giving the conversion done and pending students list.
