Job Description

Guiding and advising prospective students interested in enrolling in diploma engineering programs, providing detailed information about course structure, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, career prospects, and assisting them through the application process, often through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to meet enrollment targets. Key responsibilities of a Diploma Engineering Admission Counsellor:

Student outreach:

Contact potential students through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in the diploma programs.

Program information delivery:

Explain the details of each diploma engineering specialization, including course curriculum, duration, fees, and potential career pathways.

Eligibility verification:

Assess if a student meets the academic requirements for admission to the chosen diploma program.

Application guidance:

Assist students with completing the application forms accurately, including necessary documents and ensuring they adhere to deadlines.

Counseling sessions:

Conduct individual consultations with prospective students and their parents to address concerns, clarify doubts, and provide personalized guidance.

Admission process management:

Monitor application status, follow up with students regarding missing documents, and inform them about admission decisions.

Marketing and promotion:

Participate in educational fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities to attract potential students to the diploma programs.

Data management:

Maintain student records, track inquiries, and update CRM systems to monitor admission progress. Required skills for a Diploma Engineering Admission Counsellor:
