As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrolment. You will play a key role in helping students choose the right courses, universities, and career paths while maintaining excellent communication and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on academic programs, course selection, and overseas education opportunities.
Handle student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Maintain detailed knowledge of courses, universities, and admission requirements.
Assist students with application forms and documentation
Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversion and admission targets are met.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Maintain a database of student information and manage CRM updates.
Achieve individual and team admission targets within given timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
0-3 years of experience in counselling, customer service, or sales (Freshers are welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and local languages.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Pleasant personality and student-friendly approach.
