Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media.
Counsel students on course details, eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Assist students with application procedures and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with departments for interviews, assessments, and admission-related formalities.
Participate in education fairs, events, and outreach activities as required.
Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain high conversion rates.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn (Freshers encouraged to apply).
