The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding students and parents through the admission process, promoting courses, handling enquiries, and ensuring conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about available courses, eligibility, and career prospects.
Handle walk-ins, calls, and digital enquiries; maintain proper follow-up until admission.
Manage documentation, applications, and fee-related formalities.
Participate in outreach programs, education fairs, and institutional events.
Achieve admission targets and maintain accurate enquiry records and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Freshers / 1 year of counselling or admissions experience.
Excellent communication in any of these languages : English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali and Hindi.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets.
