Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or walk-ins and provide information on courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Counsel prospective students and parents about program options and career opportunities.
Manage leads in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups to convert inquiries into admissions.
Conduct admission interviews, webinars, and campus tours (if applicable).
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for admission documentation and process flow.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Participate in educational fairs, outreach programs, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional offerings and admission policies.
Provide feedback and insights to improve the counseling and conversion process.
Preferred Skills
Experience in student recruitment or edtech counseling.
Fluency in multiple languages (if required by region).
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation channels.
