Attend to all walk-in enquiries at our Bangalore office and provide professional counselling to students and parents.
Understand students' academic profiles, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable study abroad programs.
Guide students through the application, admission, and visa processes.
Convert walk-in enquiries into admissions by enrolling students into our service packages.
Maintain proper records of all enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams in admissions, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth student support.
Act as a proactive representative of the company, taking responsibility for office-based sales targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills with a cheerful, approachable personality.
Prior experience in
counselling, student advisory, or sales roles
(preferably in the education or study abroad sector).
Proven ability to convert leads/walk-ins into paying customers.
Strong working knowledge of the sales funnel and effective counselling techniques.
Good understanding of student acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
Ability to handle walk-ins independently and deliver a great customer experience.
Nice to Have
Experience in the
study abroad industry
(Germany, Ireland, or other destinations).
Exposure to working with high-volume student walk-ins or sales teams.
Degree in
Sales, Marketing, or Education Management
