About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admission Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will provide career guidance and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them to explore career options in

Aviation industry

, develop job search strategies, and achieve their career goals. You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your knowledge of the job market and career development principles, to empower clients to make informed decisions about their future.

Role & Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students

on aviation courses and career opportunities Guide applicants through the admission process and assist with documentation Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings Collaborate with the marketing team to promote aviation programs Maintain r

ecords of student interactions

and

follow up on leads.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in admissions or student counselling; experience in the

aviation industry

will be an added advantage. Proficiency in

English

(mandatory) and at least

two additional languages

. A

bachelor's degree

in any discipline. Willingness to

travel

or

relocate to Koramangala

, Bangalore as required. Open to applications from
