Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused

Admission Counselor

to guide prospective students through the admission process. The role involves counseling students, handling inquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and maintaining accurate records while delivering an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career prospects Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries Convert leads into successful admissions Follow up with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Explain admission procedures, documentation, and payment processes Maintain accurate student data in CRM or admission software Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets Coordinate with academic and marketing teams Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events Resolve student queries and concerns professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to counsel and influence students positively Good listening and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills:

Experience in education counseling or sales Knowledge of higher education programs (UG/PG/Diploma) Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
