Job Description

As an Admission Counselor at Euro International School, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our school. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in saleswithin the education sector. You will be responsible for assisting in attracting and enrolling newstudents, contributing to meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service toprospective students and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reaching out to prospective parents to provide information about our schoolsprograms and offerings.Support in effectively communicating the value proposition of Cyboard School to prospectivestudents and families.Collaborate with the team to contribute to achieving set monthly and quarterly sales targets byconverting leads into Admissions.Assist in maintaining a database of leads, follow up with inquiries, and track progress towardsales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Learn and contribute to building and maintaining positive relationships with prospectiveparents.Assist in addressing inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and empathetically.Provide support in delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for allprospective students.

Market Research:

Stay updated on educational trends, competitors, and industry developments.Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and admissions teams to enhance the schoolsofferings and marketing strategies.
