Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Standards:

Design, implement, and update academic programs and curriculum. Ensure alignment with institutional goals, educational standards, and accreditation requirements. Maintain consistency in teaching methods and assessments.

Faculty & Staff Support:

Assist in faculty recruitment, training, and orientation. Provide guidance and support to teaching staff. Liaise with faculty to develop lesson plans and instructional materials.

Student Support & Engagement:

Oversee student administration from recruitment to graduation. Provide academic advising, course selection, and career guidance. Develop and manage academic support programs and workshops.

Administration & Operations:

Manage program schedules, resources, and budgets. Collect and analyze data for program evaluation and reporting. Coordinate with other departments (admissions, marketing, etc.).

Leadership & Communication:

Act as a link between students, faculty, and management. Promote a positive academic culture and high standards. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Essential Skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and time management. Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving, analytical, and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Familiarity with educational policies and systems.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,966.34 - ₹58,273.94 per month
