Attend walk-in, call, WhatsApp, and online enquiries from parents.
Provide clear information about the preschool, programs, fees, facilities, and admission process.
Understand parents' needs and guide them about the right program (Playgroup, Nursery, etc.).
Build trust and maintain a positive relationship with parents.
Regular follow-up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain proper records of leads and convert them into admissions.
Provide admission forms, help parents fill them, and explain required documents.
Coordinate with accounts for fee structure, payment updates, and receipts.
Update lead sheets, enquiry registers, admission trackers.
Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and closures.
