- Handle inbound and outbound calls with parents interested in tutoring services.
- Understand parents' requirements and explain how our tutoring programs can help their children succeed.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments by building trust and providing clear information.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets focused on tutoring services.
- Lead Generation: Responsible for generating leads by visiting various sites and setting up canopies to attract potential customers. If any society or location requires a fee for canopy placement, the company will bear that cost.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech or education-related roles.
