Age - 32 years
Lead Generation & Outreach
Initiate cold calls to prospective students and working professionals to promote certification programs.
Maintain and update a database of potential leads and follow up regularly.
Identify target audiences and develop strategies to reach out to them effectively.
Course Counseling & Sales Conversion
Understand the educational background, career goals, and interests of candidates to suggest suitable certification courses.
Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and persuasive communication.
Follow-ups & Relationship Building
Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build trust and close sales.
Ensure timely follow-ups on interested prospects to maximize conversion rates.
Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and sales reports in CRM or spreadsheets.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing and outreach campaigns.
Coordination & Team Support
Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to ensure accurate and updated course information.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new courses, pricing, and industry trends.
Support overall business growth by contributing ideas and participating in promotional activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
