Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to students/clients regarding career, academics, or personal development.
Conduct counseling sessions via phone and face-to-face.
Handle inquiries related to admissions or services (depending on sector).
Understand the client/student's requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
Maintain daily reports and update records regularly.
Build a positive relationship with clients/students to ensure trust and long-term association.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Confident, polite, and convincing personality
Prior experience in Counseling/Telecalling/Customer Handling preferred
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry)
