Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, over phone, or online).
2. Application Assistance
Assist students in preparing and reviewing application documents (SOPs, LORs, resumes, essays).
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all application forms and supporting materials.
Track and manage application deadlines for multiple institutions.
3. Career & Course Advice
Provide insights on career prospects, university rankings, course structures, and post-study opportunities.
Stay updated on admission trends, visa policies, and eligibility criteria for different countries.
4. Communication & Follow-Up
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents throughout the process.
Communicate with universities and institutions regarding admissions, scholarships, and offer letters.
5. Sales & Conversion
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Maintain lead databases, follow up with potential students, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
6. Documentation & Reporting
Manage and update student files and CRM systems.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and admissions progress.
7. Outreach & Events
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and school visits.
Promote the organization's services through seminars and digital platforms.
8. Team Collaboration
Coordinate with content writers, visa teams, and partner institutions to ensure smooth admission processing.
Share feedback and insights to improve counseling strategies and marketing efforts.
