Handle admission-related inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and policies to parents.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure maximum conversion from inquiry to admission.
Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective parents and students.
Maintain and update the admission database on a regular basis.
Coordinate with the accounts department for fee-related processes.
Assist in organizing admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
Support digital and offline marketing activities for admissions.
Prepare periodic reports on admissions status, leads, and conversions.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with parents and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and counseling ability.
Good command over English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Smart personality with a pleasant and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
1-3 years of experience in admissions/counseling, preferably in an educational institution.
