The Admission Counsellor will be the first voice and face of MarkGuru.
Your mission is to connect with parents, understand their child's academic goals, and guide them into the
perfect learning program
-- whether it's Board Mastery, Competency-Based, or the Founder Signature track.
You will not "sell courses."
You will
build trust, create aspiration, and represent excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel parents and students for various programs (Class 3-12, Signature, Global).
Conduct telephonic / in-person counselling sessions and maintain follow-ups.
Explain program structures, curriculum layers, and fee plans clearly and confidently.
Maintain and update admission records in CRM or lead-tracking sheets.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for student onboarding.
Achieve monthly admission & revenue targets with integrity and empathy.
Represent MarkGuru at society events, seminars, and studio visits.
Skills & Qualities Required
Excellent spoken & written communication in English and Hindi.
Smart, confident, and empathetic personality -- able to connect with elite families.
Strong persuasion & presentation skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with daily reporting discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education counselling or sales preferred.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome.
