Key Responsibilities

Handle all admission-related inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, website leads) promptly and professionally. Counsel prospective parents and students, highlighting the school's curriculum, teaching methodology, achievements, infrastructure, and unique offerings. Conduct campus tours, orientations, and presentations to provide an engaging and informative experience for visitors. Guide parents through the admission process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring clarity and smooth documentation. Maintain and update the admission database in the ERP, ensuring accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with academic, transport, and accounts departments for smooth onboarding of new students. Manage communication with parents about admission status, deadlines, and required documentation. Support the planning and execution of open houses, admission events, and promotional activities. Prepare regular reports on inquiry-to-admission conversion rates and provide insights for improving processes. Maintain confidentiality of applicant and parent data at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required). Strong interpersonal and counseling skills; ability to build trust and rapport with parents. Professional presentation and confidence in representing the school. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with school ERP/CRM software. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and empathy. Result-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related field). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in school admissions, counseling, or customer-facing roles. Prior experience in reputed schools or educational institutions preferred.
