Job Description

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational future. This role includes student recruitment, application evaluation, and outreach activities to promote the institution and meet enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. Provide detailed and accurate information about academic programs, admission requirements, campus life, and financial aid. Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and supporting documents for admission eligibility. Conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions. Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and community organizations. Represent the institution at college fairs, school visits, and other recruitment events. Maintain and update student records using CRM or admissions software. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support the enrollment process. Assist in planning and executing admissions events (e.g., open houses, orientation). Meet or exceed monthly and annual enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or counseling preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
