Red & White Institute is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor (Inside Sales) for our Online Training Vertical. The role involves counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable courses, and converting leads into enrollments. This is a pure inside sales role based at the office, with leads provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads provided by the company
? Conduct online counseling sessions via call/WhatsApp/Zoom
? Understand students' background, career goals, and training needs
? Explain course details, fees, batch timings, and career outcomes
? Guide students on suitable courses offered by Red & White Institute
? Follow up with interested students and close enrollments
? Maintain accurate records in CRM/Google Sheets
? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
? Coordinate with the operations and academic team post-admission Required Skills & Qualifications
? Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
? 1-3 years of experience in education counseling / inside sales / tele-calling
? Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
? Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
? Comfortable with calling, online counseling, and sales targets
? Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp tools
