Key Responsibilities
Conduct
on-ground marketing activities
such as kiosks, seminars, quizzes, and flyer distributions
Handle student and parent enquiries via
phone, email, and walk-ins
Accurately record and manage all enquiries in the
CRM system
Visit colleges and institutions within and outside the assigned region for
lead generation
Perform
tele-counselling
, database management, and follow-ups
Convert leads into admissions through structured counselling
Coordinate with the marketing team and
track performance metrics
Be flexible to
travel as per business requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Strong communication and counselling skills
Ability to interact confidently with students, parents, and institutions
Comfortable with field work, tele-calling, and lead follow-ups
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred Profile
Prior experience in
education counselling, admissions, or field marketing
