Job Description

1.Promote the school and IB program to prospective students and families.

2.Conduct school tours, information sessions, and outreach events.

3.Review and evaluate student applications for suitability to the IB program.

4.Lead admissions interviews with prospective students and parents.

5.Provide clear and accurate information about the IB program, school offerings, and admission requirements.

6.Respond to inquiries and manage correspondence with prospective families.

7.Follow up with applicants to guide them through the admissions process.

Student Records and Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive student records from inquiry to admission, ensuring all procedures and documentation are accurately completed and filed. Clearly communicate the school's mission, vision, values, and ethos to prospective and newly enrolled families.

9.Collaborate with the admissions committee to review and evaluate applications.

10.Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective families.

11.Represent the school at local events, educational fairs, and community outreach activities.

12.Engage with alumni to promote the school and the benefits of the IB program.

13.Evaluate academic backgrounds and assess compatibility with the rigors of the IB curriculum.

14.Promote a holistic admissions approach that values academic excellence, extracurricular involvement, and character development.

15.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applications, interviews, and decisions of parents.

16.Generate periodic reports on admissions status, trends, and feedback for school leadership.

17.Track and analyze admissions data to improve processes.

18.Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align enrollment goals with educational offerings.

19.Work closely with faculty and IB coordinators to ensure student support during the admissions process.

20.Keep abreast of changes in IB curriculum, admission criteria, and policies.

21.Provide accurate and up-to-date information to families regarding IB assessments, internal assessments, and exams.

22.Promote international-mindedness and global awareness inherent in the IB program.

23.Ensure that prospective students from diverse backgrounds feel welcomed and supported throughout the admissions process.

24.Responsible for contacting prospective leads and actively working to convert them into confirmed admissions. Set targets must be met through consistent follow-up, effective communication, and representation of the school's values and offerings.

Ensure timely updates of student information in official registers such as the General Register (GR) Book and on platforms like the UDISE portal. Stay informed and compliant with all relevant government regulations.

Manage student entry and exit formalities as per institutional and regulatory protocols.

26. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required by school leadership or management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
