Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Study Visa Admission Counsellor

to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the entire admission process -- from course selection to university application and visa documentation -- for countries such as

Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about study abroad options, universities, and admission processes. Shortlist suitable programs and institutions based on the student's profile. Guide students in preparing and submitting applications to universities/colleges. Coordinate with admission departments of international institutions for offer letters. Assist in SOP writing, documentation, and visa counselling post-admission. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and active leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Update and manage student records and applications in CRM or database. Stay informed about the latest admission intakes, requirements, and visa changes.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any field (Education, Marketing, or Counseling preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in study visa counselling or admissions (freshers with good communication can be considered). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple applications at different stages. Familiarity with study destinations like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and their admission systems.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of international education systems and application portals. Experience with CRM tools and visa filing software. Spoken fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi (if targeting regional markets).
