### Key Responsibilities

Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Provide complete and clear information about school programs, curriculum, fee structure, and policies. Guide students and parents throughout the entire admission process. Maintain follow-up communication with potential applicants. Organize and conduct school tours for prospective families. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions. Collaborate with the school team to ensure a seamless admission experience. Assist in organizing admission events and promotional activities. Generate periodic admission reports and updates for school leadership.

### Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in any field is required. Certification in counselling, sales, or communication is a plus.
Experience:

Prior experience in admission counselling, front desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and basic computer applications is mandatory*.
Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills. Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity. Professional and welcoming demeanor.
