Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students on available courses and programs.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses or batches.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to enhance student engagement.
Provide excellent post-admission support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Education / Sales / Counseling).
Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling, tele-sales, or admissions (preferably EdTech or coaching industry).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work under targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English will be an advantage.
