Job Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, dedicated, and energetic

Female Academic Counselor & Student Coordinator

who is passionate about guiding students, managing academics, and ensuring a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective students and parents to provide course and career guidance. Manage walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups through calls and messages. Coordinate with faculty and students to ensure smooth academic operations. Maintain student databases, attendance, and records. Assist in promotional and admission campaigns. Front desk management and appointment coordination.

Candidate Requirements:

Gender:

Female (mandatory)

Experience:

2-3 years in academic counseling, coordination, or a related field.

Languages:

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Excellent verbal and written communication. Well-organized, friendly, and confident personality. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced academic environment.
