Key Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Counsel students on available courses, eligibility, career paths, and program benefits.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of interested candidates.
Provide detailed information about admission procedures, documentation, fees, and deadlines.
Schedule counselling sessions, campus tours, and interviews if required.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses.
Coordinate with the academic and admin teams for smooth admission processing.
Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students.
