About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Admission Counsellor

to join our CBSE International School. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a counselor in a reputed CBSE or International School and should be passionate about guiding parents and students through the admission process. This is a

residential role

, requiring the candidate to stay within the school campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle admission enquiries from parents and students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Conduct school tours and present the school's vision, curriculum, and facilities to prospective parents. Counsel parents on the admission process, curriculum, and other academic or non-academic queries. Maintain accurate records of admissions, leads, and follow-ups in the school database. Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admission experience. Participate in admission events, open houses, and parent orientation programs. Prepare regular reports and updates on admission progress and lead conversions. Ensure high standards of professionalism, communication, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).

Minimum 2-5 years of experience

as an Admission Counsellor or related role in a

CBSE or International School

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi proficiency required). Strong presentation and persuasive abilities. Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, or ERP tools preferred). Ability to work collaboratively with parents, students, and school staff.
