We are looking for an enthusiastic

Female Admission Counselor

for our institution situated at Jayanagar 4th Block (www.arenajayanagar.com) . You will be responsible for informing the salient features of the course and get more admissions and maintain good student relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-ins, telephonic and online inquiries effectively Counsel prospective students and parents about various creative career programs Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions Achieve monthly admission targets Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions Coordinate with academic team for smooth onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counselling or education sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to speak in English and Kannada fluently Ability to build rapport with students and parents Goal-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player Experience working with CRM systems will be an added advantage
