We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Admission Counselor

to be part of our fast-paced global online school. The ideal candidate will play a key role in connecting with parents and students worldwide, guiding them through the admission process, and presenting our school's offerings with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents globally regarding courses, curriculum, and admission procedures. Handle inbound and outbound calls, virtual meetings, and email inquiries related to admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents. Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance. Ensure prompt follow-up with leads and effectively manage the admission pipeline. Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system. Represent the organization in a presentable, professional, and approachable manner. Meet admission targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammatical accuracy. Pleasing personality with a presentable and confident approach. Cheerful and positive attitude with the ability to build rapport easily. Flexible with working hours, comfortable with a 6-day work week. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
