You'll be responsible for mentoring the counseling team, handling high-value enrollments, and ensuring every learner receives personalized career guidance aligned with their goals.
Reach out proactively to students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media to promote SoftleoAI programs.
Build relationships with colleges, training partners, and student communities for collaboration and lead generation.
Counsel and guide students on choosing the right course or internship based on their academic background and career aspirations.
Manage the complete admission process -- from inquiry to enrollment -- ensuring a smooth experience.
