Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the Edtech sector.
Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with the ability to handle sales negotiations effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging potential clients professionally.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new skills continuously.
