What you'll be doing

Let's break it down. This job is part detective, part consultant, part friendly voice, convincing parents that their child deserves a personalised learning plan.

Your day usually looks like:

Calling leads who've shown interest and figuring out what they really need Explaining LevelApp's personalised learning model without sounding like you swallowed a script Understanding the child's background, strengths, weaknesses, and goals Recommending the right plan and helping parents make confident decisions Following up without being annoying Keeping your pipeline clean, organised, and real Working closely with our student success team to ensure what you sell actually gets delivered properly

What we're looking for

Someone who's good at conversations, not just "calls" A mix of empathy and persuasion Energy -- parents can tell when you sound half-asleep Hunger to close deals without turning into a pushy salesperson Comfort with targets (yes, we have them -- you'll survive) Experience in sales or counselling is great, but attitude wins

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
