We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Admission Counselor who can handle both office-based counseling and field-level promotional activities (college visits, campus promotions, flyer distribution). You'll be responsible for generating leads, following up with students, and converting them into admissions for our technical job-oriented courses.

Key Responsibilities
Office-based Work:
Call and counsel students who enquire via WhatsApp, Instagram, or walk-ins
Explain course structure, fee plans, certification, and placement support
Follow-up daily with prospective students and update CRM / Google Sheet
Schedule and conduct demo classes or free orientations
Maintain detailed admission reports and student status
Field Work / Sales Outreach
:
Visit local colleges and coaching centers to promote Bydnow courses
Distribute flyers and brochures to students
Conduct seminars or free workshops in degree/polytechnic/engineering colleges
Represent Bydnow at local job or career fairs
Generate leads through on-ground promotions and report daily activity

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Telugu & Hindi (English is a bonus)
Confident personality with ability to convince and follow up
Willing to travel locally for college visits and outreach
Basic knowledge of sales and lead conversion
Strong follow-up and documentation skills
Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance provided for field work)
