Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging webinars and one-on-one sessions for parents to explain our programs.
Develop and manage sales pipelines from webinar leads, follow-ups, and referrals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through direct parent interaction and consultative selling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design webinar content, promotional campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Build strong relationships with schools, counselors, and parent communities to expand outreach.
Maintain records of sales activities, feedback, and leads in CRM tools.
Provide feedback to product and academic teams based on parent queries and objections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred: in Business, Marketing, or Education-related field).
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in EdTech or educational services.
Proven track record of conducting webinars or public speaking in sales settings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Prior experience selling career counseling, online courses, or learning programs to parents/students.
Fluent in English and regional languages as applicable to your market.
