Role Overview

Reliance Animation Academy (Durgapur Franchisee) is looking for a Counsellor to manage student counselling and admissions for creative education programs.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on Animation, VFX, and 3D programs Handle enquiries from walk-ins, calls, and online sources Convert leads into admissions Maintain student and enquiry records Support student engagement and retention Assist with promotional and outreach activities

Eligibility & Requirements

2-4 years of experience in Edutech or education counselling Strong communication and convincing skills Experience in admissions or course sales Ability to manage targets and follow-ups Comfortable with MS Office and basic computer usage
