Job Summary
The Admission Counselor guides prospective students through the admissions process, provides information about academic programs, and supports enrollment goals. This role involves student counseling, application review, outreach, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents on admission requirements, programs, and career pathways
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings
Guide applicants through the application, documentation, and enrollment process
Review applications for completeness and eligibility
Conduct school visits, campus tours, webinars, and admission events
Maintain accurate student records in the admission/CRM system
Follow up with prospective students to support conversion and enrollment
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and finance teams
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Education, Counseling, Psychology, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to counsel and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
