Counsellor
to join our team full-time in Delhi.
If you're someone who loves talking to people, can convince like a pro, and can handle responsibilities smartly--this role is for you.
What you'll do:
Make outbound calls to interested students
Explain our aviation training programs
Convert enquiries into admissions
Follow up consistently and maintain lead reports
Coordinate with the counselling team
What we're looking for:
Strong communication in
Hindi & English
(extra languages = bonus!)
Great convincing skills
Smart, responsible, and confident
Comfortable working towards targets
Basic computer knowledge
