Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents on educational programs, admission processes, and career opportunities.
Provide personalized guidance based on individual student profiles.

Stay updated on the latest trends in education, coaching methodologies, and career opportunities.
Assist students in completing application processes for courses or admissions.
Organize orientation sessions, educational fairs, and seminars.
Collaborate with teachers and faculty to address student concerns and support their academic journey.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Master's in Education or Psychology preferred).
Proven experience as an Education Counsellor in a coaching institute or educational setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of educational systems, admission procedures, and career counseling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
