Job Summary:

The Counselor will be responsible for counseling prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable IT courses. The role involves student engagement, admissions support, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries regarding IT training programs. Understand student background, career objectives, and recommend appropriate courses. Explain course details, duration, fees, certifications, internships, and placement support clearly. Handle admission process including documentation, fee coordination, and enrollment confirmation. Conduct follow-up calls with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or tracking sheets. Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch details and student onboarding. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by management. Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and education fairs. Address student queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and trust.
