Toronto Global Academy is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented
Admissions Sales Officer
to manage and grow K-12 student enrollments across India. This role is ideal for experienced education sales professionals who excel in a performance-based environment and are comfortable working on a fully commission-driven structure.

Salary : Commission Only (No Fixed Salary)
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete admissions and enrollment cycle for K-12 programs.
Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to meet monthly and annual enrollment targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, educational counselors, and recruitment partners.
Conduct consultations, follow-ups, and counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support webinars, recruitment campaigns, and promotional events.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and regular performance updates to management.
Represent the academy professionally while ensuring high-quality service and accurate information.
Work independently and manage your own pipeline and schedule in a remote setup.
Requirements
4-6 years
of proven experience in K-12 student recruitment or admissions.
Minimum
2 years
in a team lead or supervisory role (preferred).
Strong knowledge of the Indian K-12 education landscape.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding enrollment targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage leads, and deliver results in a remote environment.
