Overview:

Prudence School, a leading provider of early childhood education, is seeking a dedicated Admission Counselor to manage the admissions process for our preschool programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with young children and their families. "This opening is for the Admissions Counselor position at our upcoming Prudence School branch in Model Town."

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for prospective families/parents, providing information on programs, curriculum, and the admissions process. Counsel prospective parents about the school's philosophy, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures. Manage inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and social media leads. Maintain updated admission records, inquiry logs, and follow-up trackers. Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and assist with application completion. Coordinate and participate in outreach events and open houses. Maintain accurate records of applications and enrollment status. Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth transition for new students. Maintain data accuracy in the admissions MIS. Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and share lead status updates. Ensure all admission documents are complete and compliant with school policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in admissions or early childhood education is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
