Handle inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and walk-ins, providing detailed information about programs, courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents to help them make informed academic and career choices.
Follow up on leads to ensure successful conversions from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain and update student databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Participate in admission events, education fairs, and campus tours to promote programs.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to streamline the admission process.
Achieve monthly and annual admission/enrollment targets.
Stay updated on institutional policies, program details, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
Assist in preparing promotional materials and contributing to marketing initiatives.
Provide post-admission support and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred).
1-3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
